Hi Everyone, it's Faye here :)

Today I am sharing a card I made using the delicious Cupcake Stamp for Making Cards Magazine. 

There was a little rumbling at the time, as you couldn't get this stamp in The UK. Uh-oh. Happy News UK Peeps. You can now get your mitts on DoveArt Studios Stamps at My Mum's Craft Shop. Just sayin'!

Sea Beauty

I am not a girly girl but I'm not a tomboy type either.

I can enjoy a good reptile now and again

but I prefer it from a nice safe distance.

 

However, I have loved this image since I've first seen it.

It was my goal last week, to finally color it up.

Honestly, I was afraid I wouldn't do it justice

I've seen Jenn Dove's and Delphine's versions

OMGosh, they are so awesome.

 

So, I persevered and I'm so happy I did.

I love my little fellow.

Lilac and Butterfly

Hi Everyone, it's Faye here today, sharing one of my favourite DoveArt Studios images :)

Lilac and Butterfly. I have made a good four or five cards using this stamp now, which considering the fact I am a fickle little soul, goes to show you how much I do love this image! I just don't get bored of colouring it up. Sooo beautiful!

Hello, I am sharing a lovely fall image for DoveArt Studios called Pumpkin Patch.

This is a great image to color as it gives you the line art showing where the shadows go!

It's nice not to worry about light source :)

Beautiful Winter Cardinals

Hello all :)

I just finished making this card and had to blog it straight away because I'm so happy with how it turned out :) the 'Winter Cardinals' were an absolute delight to colour and I just happened to have some beautiful patterned papers to match, usually I struggle with paper choices.

I used Copic Markers to colour 'Winter Cardinals' 

Male Cardinal - R24, 27, 39, N6, 10

Female Cardinal - YR20, 61, 65, R02, 08, W3, N5.

Pine Needles - G46, 99

Background - BG70, 72

Glue and Glitter for the snow.
