Tall Cactus!

How are you today? I'm here to share my latest DoveArt Studios creation :)

It's a clean and simple card featuring 'Tall Cactus' rubber stamp. I've made this card with my step Dad in mind as he is a keen gardener.

Tall Cactus was coloured with Copic Markers -

Blues - B91, 93, 97. Greens - YG61,63, 67, 91, 93, 95, 97, BG90, 93, 96. Shadows - W7.

Tall Cactus - Thank You

Another warm weather friend for you today...but I wouldn't give it a hug.  This tall Cactus is a fun one to color.  I did the background using glossy yardstick and the Copic airbrush system.  It is a fun way to make paper that coincides with the stamp you are coloring.

I love using tip to pallet to bring a second color into the coloring that normally might not blend well together.  for this one I added a little R89 with the YG03 to add color to the tips of one of the cactus clusters.  Just don't forget to clean off the YG03 before putting it away or you will have a surprise next use.

Tall Cactus

Howdy!  This is Barbara and for this card I've used DoveArt Studio's Tall Cactus rubber stamp.  I was looking for a soft male card for a graduation so I chose colors that were less bold.  Then I doodled around the stamp to give it a border and created a simple card.

I got to have some fun with Tall Cactus...

I thought I'd challenge myself to colour the image with just seven colours. I enjoyed that so much, I wanted to see how different the same image, with the same colours would look on Kraft Cardstock...
